A chance to help students

"The campaign, titled CHEC2012 (Californians for a Higher Education Contract), will aim to stop tuition increases for all students enrolled at a California public post-secondary institution that have a good academic standing.
In about six weeks, CHEC2012 will be able to start collecting the petition signatures needed to qualify it for the November ballot. However, the campaign is not well known on the Cal State Fullerton campus."
